01 - Preheat oven to 400°F or heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat if pan frying.
02 - Using a rolling pin, flatten each bread slice to approximately 1/4 inch thickness.
03 - Place a cheese stick along the short edge of each flattened bread slice. Roll bread tightly around cheese and seal the edge with a dab of melted butter.
04 - Brush the exterior of each roll up generously with melted butter.
05 - Combine Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian herbs. Sprinkle mixture evenly over the buttered roll ups.
06 - Place the prepared roll ups seam-side down on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
07 - Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden and crisp. Alternatively, pan fry and rotate until evenly browned and the cheese is melted.
08 - Serve warm, accompanied by marinara or preferred dipping sauce.
