- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
- In a large bowl, combine strawberry cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water. Mix until well blended and smooth. Spread batter evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Continue beating until fully combined and fluffy.
- Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture randomly over the surface of the cake batter.
- Use a knife or skewer to gently swirl the cream cheese mixture through the cake batter, creating a marbled pattern. Be careful not to overmix.
- Sprinkle white chocolate chips, chopped strawberries, coconut, and nuts evenly over the top of the swirled mixture.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until edges are golden brown and center is set. A toothpick inserted should come out with a few moist crumbs but not wet batter.
- Let cake cool in the pan for at least 30 minutes before serving. Serve warm or at room temperature.
