# Method:

01 - Steep Earl Grey tea bags in boiling water for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove tea bags and allow tea to cool slightly.

06 - Serve hot or iced and enjoy while fresh.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The floral Earl Grey and sweet strawberries create a flavor combination you wont find at any coffee shop
  • It comes together in just 15 minutes but tastes like something much more elaborate
02 -
  • Adding milk to hot tea will cause it to curdle, so let that Earl Grey cool for a few minutes first
  • The strawberry syrup thickens as it cools, so don't panic if it seems thin right off the stove
03 -
  • Macerate the strawberries with sugar for 15 minutes before cooking to draw out more natural juice
  • A drop of orange blossom water in the syrup elevates the floral notes to something truly special
