01 - 2 oz vodka
02 - 1 oz white chocolate liqueur
03 - 1 oz Irish cream liqueur
04 - 1 oz crème de cacao

05 - 1 oz half-and-half or heavy cream
06 - 1 tbsp cream cheese, softened
07 - 1 tsp red food coloring

08 - Chocolate shavings or red velvet cake crumbs
09 - Cream cheese frosting for glass rim (optional)

# Method:

01 - Rim martini glasses with cream cheese frosting and dip into chocolate shavings or red velvet cake crumbs if desired. Set prepared glasses aside.
02 - Add softened cream cheese, vodka, white chocolate liqueur, Irish cream liqueur, crème de cacao, half-and-half, and red food coloring to a cocktail shaker.
03 - Fill shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 20 seconds until mixture is well chilled and cream cheese is fully incorporated.
