02 - Add softened cream cheese, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the dry mixture. Stir until a thick, uniform dough forms.
03 - Gently fold in blueberries and lemon zest, taking care not to crush the berries.
04 - Using your hands or a small scoop, roll the dough into 12 evenly sized balls, approximately 1 inch in diameter.
05 - Arrange bites on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.
